OFFER OF ADMISSION FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR - BACHELOR OF EDUCATION DEGREE PROGRAMME |

| 1. We refer to your application for admission to the Tamale College of Education and inform you of the offer of admission to pursue a 4-year (B.ED JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION-HOME ECONOMICS AND SOCIAL STUDIES OPTION) programme starting from the 2025/2026 academic year.
2. This offer of admission is for the 2025/2026 academic year only (cannot be deferred) and based on available information that you have satisfied the entry requirements for the programme stated above. Your place will be offered to another candidate on the waiting list if you do not indicate your acceptance by Friday, October 31, 2025. 3. You are to note that the College reserves the right to revoke this admission offer should we discover later that you do not, in fact, possess the qualifications by virtue of which you have been offered admission to pursue this programme. You will also be held personally liable for any false statement or omission made on your application form. 4. You will be on probation for the full duration of your programme. Satisfactory academic work and good conduct are required for your continued stay on the (B.ED JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION-HOME ECONOMICS AND SOCIAL STUDIES OPTION). You will be required to adhere to all College rules and regulations, including those contained in the Students' Handbook and the Academic Policies, Rules, and Regulations, copies of which will be made available to you during orientation. 5. You will be required to undergo a medical examination to ascertain if you are medically fit to pursue the programmme of study. 6. It should be noted that the College does not award scholarships to students.
7. In order to confirm the acceptance of this offer, you must make full payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE Fee of Two Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Four Ghana Cedis, Forty-Two Pesewas (GH¢ 2,994.42). Please note that your total fees for the academic year, including a Digital Resources levy, is Five Thousand, Six Hundred and Thirty-eight Ghana Cedis, Eight-One Pesewas (GH¢ 5,638.81); however, the Government, through the NO FEES STRESS POLICY has absorbed Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Forty-Four Ghana Cedis, Thirty-Nine Pesewas (GH¢ 2,644.39), leaving the balance of Two Thousand, Nine Hundred and Four Ghana Cedis, Forty-Two Pesewas (GH¢ 2,994.42) which must be paid before the deadline. 8. Payment should be made at any ADB branch nationwide through trans-flow on or before Friday, October 31st, 2025. Kindly use your Application Reference Number as your Student ID Number for payment. Application Reference Number: 2532717 9. In addition, you are required to pay an Examination Fee of Five Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis (GH¢530.00) PER SEMESTER to the College and also contribute Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢50.00) into the endowment fund of the College. 10. All fresh students will be matriculated soon after reopening. You should note carefully that your admission will be withdrawn if you fail to take part in the matriculation. 11. Tentatively, the College reopens on 11th November, 2025. Check for your Hall of Affiliation at the College on the reopening date. Any change in the reopening date shall be communicated to you via SMS. 12. Kindly note that you are required to register for your courses at the beginning of each semester for the entire duration of your programme. 13. You will be withdrawn from the college if you fail to register at the start of each semester and/or participate in Quizzes, Mid-Semester and End of Semester Examinations without approval from the Principal.
